HOA GOVERNANCE
The Falls Of Cherokee-Ridgeview Homeowners Association is a mandatory participation Homeowners Association (HOA) for all homes subject to the recorded Restrictions and Covenants. The HOA is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors whose operating rules are outlined in the By-Laws.
An Annual Meeting is held each year in January for the purpose of electing Directors. The By-Laws allow the previous year’s President and Vice-President to remain on the Board without re-election, while the remaining five Directorships are open for election each year. Following the Annual Meeting, a new President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer are elected by the new Board for a one year term.
The HOA is managed by Access Management Group based in Roswell, GA. The Manager conducts the monthly drive-through inspection, coordinates maintenance, and collects the annual dues, performing these duties under the authority of the Board of Directors.
All members are required to pay an annual common area maintenance/operating fee, currently set at $515, by January 1 of each year. A late fee of ten percent is charged if payment is not received by the close of business on January 31.
