Site plan showing property lines, setback and easements, existing footprint of the house and driveway, sidewalks, decks, patio, retaining walls, etc. and proposed projects clearly marked. Any tree to be removed must be shown. Painting does not require a site plan.

Plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, and height, materials, including colors and finishes and location of the modification requested must be submitted in writing. Painting does not require a set of plans.

Color and/or stain samples and Paint Request Form. If you cannot provide the address of a home with the same color that is being requested the ACC may require that a large sample be painted on the structure to allow for review.

ACC Request – Submit this form to obtain approval per the Restrictions and Covenants of our Association.
