KRINER CLUBHOUSE
Residents of The Falls of Cherokee-Ridgeview have a blast at our recently remodeled clubhouse! For a very reasonable fee, residents can host all kinds of events like birthdays, anniversaries, or other special occasions. The big open room is perfect for dinner parties, but it’s also great for dancing and having fun. Plus, there’s a small kitchen with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator – perfect for bringing your own drinks to serve at the bar. There are two side rooms too, ideal for setting up a buffet table, game tables, or just for hanging out. This is just one of the many amazing amenities homeowners in The Falls of Cherokee-Ridgeview can enjoy. Clubhouse Regulations
• No wet swimsuits or sweaty tennis or jogging clothes are allowed in the clubhouse.
• The clubhouse or any other HOA facility may not be used for any event having a political purpose unless sponsored by the HOA.
• The clubhouse or other HOA facilities cannot be used for activities that result in personal or commercial gain.
• The clubhouse or other HOA facilities cannot be used for any purpose prohibited by law.
The resident renting the clubhouse must be in attendance at all times.
Renting the Clubhouse
The clubhouse is available for rental by homeowners in good standing. The clubhouse is NOT AVAILABLE for rental by anyone other than homeowners, nor may homeowners rent the clubhouse for a nonmember. Rental fee is $150. See rental agreement for possible other charges related to misuse or damage.

We no longer require checks to be mailed to our management company. Once your reservation date is approved, you must submit the Google Form Rental Agreement within 3 days, or your reservation will be canceled. You will be charged $150.00, which must be paid immediately upon receiving the invoice. Additional fees may also be assessed to your account in accordance with the policies outlined in the rental agreement.
Payments may be made online through your Access Management Group Account (www.accessmgt.com). Follow instructions that are included in your billing invoice.
