The Falls of Cherokee Pool is available to the neighbor residents in good standing and their guests..
- No Life Guard on duty
- Hours: Sunday to Thursday 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM *** Friday, Saturday 9 AM to 11PM
- Pool Key FOBs Required to Enter-No Exceptions
The Falls of Cherokee-Ridge View HOA Pool Rules
Parents/guardians must insure that infants/children using the pool do NOT have a diarrheal illness.
All infants/children not toilet trained and incontinent individuals must wear swim diapers and plastic swim pants.
No glass, sharp objects or hazardous materials allowed.
No animals other than service animals allowed.
Shower and rinse thoroughly before entering the pool.
No food or drink allowed within 5 feet of pool.
Children less than 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
No solo bathing.
Bathers shall wear bathing attire.
Bathers with open wounds, skin conditions, or any communicable condition not allowed.
No spitting, spouting or blowing nose.
No running or rough play allowed.
Maximum bather load: 180.
Guests must be accompanied by a resident and residents are responsible for their guest. If the resident leaves then the guest must also leave.

The BOD is responsible for insuring all members are provided with the “right of enjoyment” when using our common property. Our governing documents allow the BOD to establish and enforce rules to protect this right. Failure to comply with established rules and policies could result in a forfeiture of your household’s right to use the common property.
